Developer of hitPR · training for 20+ years

I wanted a training app I could actually trust. The ones I'd tried were either too data-hungry or too much of a black box — usually both. Granted: the world doesn't need another training-plan app. But mine didn't exist. So I built it.

The real draw was the challenge: building something I genuinely enjoy using almost every day. Along the way I learned a huge amount — about training, about code, and about the thousand small details that make an app feel right. (And yes, on some evenings I'd rather have trained than chased a bug.)

What came out of it is something I'm genuinely proud of: built in my spare time, no investor, no compromises on what matters to me. And that's what I love sharing with the fitness community.
